The Poetry Field Trip

The Poetry Field Trip is a two part interactive learning experience that uses live music and poetry to teach and reinforce English and Language Arts Curriculum. Students and teachers are able to see poetry off the page and on the stage as they make new connections and discoveries about this unique and beautiful art form.

Poetry is Life: Morning session is 90 mins and includes interactive poetry and live music styled lessons. Each student will have a pencil and notebook to respond to questions through the show experience.

The Cypher: Afternoon session is 90 minutes that includes a mini writing workshop and open mic where students are able to perform original works on the stage in an open mic format.

10% deposit is required to book seats
